Make batter by combining egg, milk, flour, salt and pepper. Test your oil is hot with a small drop of batter. It should sizzle intantly. Next, dip flowers in batter coating evenly. Drop blossoms into oil and fry until lightly browned on both sides. Drain on a coffee filter or paper towel. Sprinkle with more salt to taste. Enjoy~Farmer Jaime
