- 1 egg

Find dandelion blossoms that are from a lawn that is not treated. Pick them leaving just the bloosoms, cutting off any stems just so the blossom with stay together. Turn on Deep Fryer to 375 F or start oil in skillet on med.-high. Rinse the blossoms in the cool water. Remove and remove excess moisture by placing in a salad spinner or between a paper towel. Make batter by combining egg, milk, flour, salt and pepper. Test your oil is hot with a small drop of batter. It should sizzle intantly. Next, dip flowers in batter coating evenly. Drop blossoms into oil and fry until lightly browned on both sides. Drain on a coffee filter or paper towel. Sprinkle with more salt to taste. Enjoy~Farmer Jaime
